Exalans and Hunar in Hyderabad invites applications for Senior Branch Manager / Branch Head. The role focuses on overall branch operations, team leadership, and profitability, with emphasis on gold loan growth and customer service.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, sales orientation, and effective communication. Experience in banking or NBFCs with branch operations is preferred to drive target achievement.

• Handle gold appraisal, cash management, accounting, and key control duties.
• Ensure month-on-month growth of gold loan and overall business.

Senior Branch Manager / Branch Head - Hyderabad

• Responsible for overall Branch operations, Team Handling and profitability of the branch
• Handling Branch operations Team, Motivate and work along with branch team to achieve branch set targets Month on Month, Ensure Gold Loan growth at Branch month of month
• Responsible for canvasing and marketing all products like Debentures, Insurance products, Tour products etc.
• Building relationship with Customers and follow-up, Increase Interest Collections of the branch and control on NPAs
• Gold Appraisal, Interest Collection, Cash Management and accounting and Key handling

Requirements

Experience:
