Rupeek is seeking a Branch Manager for its Gold Loan arm in the Mumbai metro area. Lead the branch, drive sales, manage operations, and ensure excellent customer experience within NBFC banking services.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in Gold Loan/BFSI/NBFC, strong leadership, and a proven ability to grow branch performance and local market share.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the Gold Loan branch and its overall performance.
• Drive Gold Loan business and achieve monthly branch sales and disbursement targets.
• Develop business through customer references, local market activities, lead generation and relationship building.
• Manage, guide and motivate the branch sales and operations team.
• Monitor individual and team productivity on a daily and monthly basis.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to Gold Loan processes and company policies.
• Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, interest collection, overdue customers and collections.
• Maintain branch profitability and improve overall business productivity.
• Ensure adherence to internal audit, operational and compliance requirements.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and local market stakeholders.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the branch team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Audit, HR and other internal departments.
• Take responsibility for successful launch, stabilization and growth of the newly opened branch.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Gold Loan / BFSI / NBFC industry.
• Prior experience in Gold Loan business is strongly preferred.
• Candidates currently working as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, Sales Manager or equivalent roles can apply.
• Strong knowledge of Gold Loan sales and branch operations.
• Experience in handling a branch team and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and local market development.
• Knowledge of Gold Loan portfolio management and collections.
• Understanding of audit and compliance processes.
• Gold appraisal / valuation knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills.
• Candidate should be target-oriented and capable of independently managing a branch.
