Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, drive business growth, achieve financial targets, manage employees, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to increase deposits, savings and current accounts, and loan business.
• Review and approve personal, business, and gold loan applications within authorized limits.
• Manage daily branch operations and allocate work among Assistant Managers, Officers, and Clerks.
• Achieve business targets assigned by Head Office through effective team management.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
• Monitor loan recovery, control overdue accounts, and minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal banking policies.
• Maintain branch security, cash safety, and safe deposit locker security.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive working environment.
• Ensure smooth internal and external audits with no compliance discrepancies.
