Job summary

Mahindra Finance is seeking a seasoned Retail Finance professional to drive ACH activations and meet financial targets across HI, AFC, MF products. The role emphasizes audit readiness, operational discipline, and timely TAT-compliant handling of KFS uploads and CSS creation.

You will lead a branch team, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to compliance standards. Ideal candidates will have 6-10 years in Retail Finance/NBFC/BFSI and a graduate/PG qualification, ready to operate

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post-Graduate with 6-10 years of experience in Retail Finance/NBFC/BFSI.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACH activation for customers as per defined targets.
• Ensure desired audit ratings and timely ATR submission in the audit portal.
• Maintain DWM discipline through daily reporting and adherence to operational standards.
• Handle exceptions related to KFS upload and CSS creation within defined TAT.
• Achieve fee-based business targets (HI, AFC, MI) and investment business targets (FD, MF).
• Deliver loan business targets (PAPQ, Suvidha, Wheels Loan) as per annual plans.
• Ensure timely PDD updation (RC, Invoice, Insurance) within SLA.
• Improve QRC resolution within TAT to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Customer Service: Improve query, request, and complaint (QRC) resolutions to keep customers satisfied
• Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor the branch team to meet performance and compliance standards
