Job summary

Panasonic Life Solutions in Gurugram, Haryana, seeks an experienced Order Processing and Sales Operations professional to manage customer master data, ageing, collections follow-up and respond to queries. You will process POs in SAP and oversee end-to-end order processing from receipt to billing and closure.

You will verify pricing, discounts, taxes and commercial terms before processing orders, and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and HO for smooth fulfilment and issue

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Processing / Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Strong knowledge of SAP, MIS Reporting, Billing and Reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer master data, outstanding, ageing, collections follow-up, account statements, credit/debit notes and customer queries.
• Process Vendor POs & Customer POs and handle end-to-end Order Processing in SAP from PO receipt to billing, dispatch and closure.
• Verify pricing, schemes, discounts, taxes, commercial terms and approvals before order processing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT & HO for smooth order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Handle Sales Reconciliation, RMA, PBMS, billing discrepancies, schemes, freebies, FOC invoices and display discounts.
• Monitor SKU availability, open orders, RMA, GIT (Goods in Transit), slow/non-moving and defective inventory.
• Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS, Sales, Billing, Inventory, RMA, Receivables and Reconciliation Reports using Advanced Excel.
• Support audits, documentation, SOP compliance and cross-functional coordination.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 37 years in Order Processing / Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Commercial Operations.
• Education: B.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP, Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Billing, Reconciliation and Order Management.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG / Consumer Electronics / General Trade / Retail / Distribution will be preferred.
