Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven BPO Telecallers to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our tech products/services, and generating qualified leads or direct sales.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound cold calls daily to potential customers.
• Pitch and explain company tech products/services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a database of calls, leads, and customer information using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams for strategy alignment.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales when possible.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in BPO, telesales, cold calling, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional regional languages is a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of technology products or IT services.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
