Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a seasoned professional for a Retail - Gold Loan branch role in India. You will drive disbursement targets and sales, while managing end-to-end branch operations and customer service.

The candidate should have 5–10 years in gold loans, strong leadership and compliance skills, with an MBA preferred and a graduate background. RBI/KYC adherence and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in Gold Loans.
• Strong sales, leadership and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive branch business by achieving gold loan disbursement and revenue targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage branch operations: loan processing, disbursement, renewals and closures.
• Ensure accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company policies.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections, overdue accounts and NPAs.
• Ensure RBI guidelines, internal policies, audit and KYC compliance.
• Lead, train and monitor branch staff to improve productivity and service quality.
• Handle customer grievances and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain branch security, vault management and operational controls.
