Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a Branch Manager for Gold Loan operations in Andhra Pradesh. Drive branch business by achieving disbursement targets, acquire new customers and maintain relationships, and oversee day-to-day operations including loan processing and valuations.

You will ensure RBI, KYC compliance, monitor portfolio quality and NPAs, lead staff, deliver strong customer service, and maintain security controls. Graduate with 5–10 years in gold loans preferred (MBA a plus).

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in gold loans.
• Strong sales, leadership, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities
