Responsibilities

• Operate blister packing machines for tablets and capsules as per production plan.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for different batch sizes and products.
• Load and handle packing materials such as PVC, PVDC, Alu-Alu, and lidding foil.
• Ensure proper sealing, cutting, and printing of blister packs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks (leak test, visual inspection, print verification).
• Maintain accurate entries in batch packing records (BPR) and logbooks.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during operations.
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process checks.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report any machine issues or deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping in the packing area.
