Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a meticulous packaging operator to run BQS blister packing lines and ensure quality and efficiency in packaging operations.

You will perform setup changes, conduct routine quality checks, and maintain strict GMP documentation while coordinating with maintenance for any faults. This role requires adherence to FDA/MHRA/WHO/EU-GMP standards and careful material handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines to ensure smooth production.
• Perform machine setup, format changeover, and adjustments for different product specs.
• Conduct in-process quality checks including leak tests, weight checks, visual inspections, and batch coding verification.
• Identify and resolve machine faults or jams; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Maintain GMP compliance with accurate batch records, logbooks, and machine cleaning records as per SOPs.
• Load foils, PVC, and aluminum properly while minimizing wastage.
• Ensure audit readiness by complying with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP packaging regulations.

• Material Handling: Ensure proper loading of foils, PVC, and aluminum while minimizing wastage.
• Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP regulatory requirements for packaging operations.
