Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate secondary packaging machines such as cartoning, labeling, shrink wrapping, and case packing for bottled products.
• Ensure correct packing of filled bottles into cartons/shipper boxes as per batch requirements.
• Perform line clearance before and after batch operations.
• Verify batch coding, labeling, and leaflet insertion (if applicable).
• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure packaging accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain proper batch records and documentation as per GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with primary packing/filling team for smooth production flow.
• Identify and report machine issues, deviations, or quality concerns.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the packing area.
