Job summary

KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad region is seeking an operator to manage packing lines for OSD tablets/capsules and Softgel products. You will perform line clearance, ensure correct packing per BPR, and monitor machine performance to promptly troubleshoot issues.

Role requires strict GMP, SOP, and safety adherence, with in-process checks and collaboration with QA/QC for approvals. You will maintain accurate production and packing records and support continuous quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines for OSD (tablets/capsules) and Softgel products.
• Perform line clearance before and after batch operations.
• Ensure proper packing as per Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Conduct in-process checks and ensure product quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for approvals and documentation.
