Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a skilled Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team in India. You will operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines, ensuring smooth production and adherence to quality standards.

The role includes setup/changeovers, in‑process quality checks, troubleshooting with maintenance, GMP documentation, and safe material handling of foils, PVC, and aluminum, with emphasis on regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines for smooth production.
• Perform machine setup, format changeover, and adjustments for different products.
• Conduct leak tests, weight checks, visual inspections, and batch coding verification.
• Identify and resolve machine faults, jams, and technical issues with maintenance coordination.
• Maintain batch records, logbooks, and cleaning records per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure loading of foils, PVC, and aluminum while minimizing wastage.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP packaging requirements.
