Job summary

PeopleStrong in India is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to operate and monitor BQS blister packing lines, ensuring smooth production, optimal throughput, and strict adherence to SOPs.

You will perform setup and format changeovers, conduct leakage, weight and visual quality checks, maintain batch records and cleaning logs, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs. You must follow GMP guidelines and comply with USFDA, MHRA, WHO and EU-GMP standards in all packaging operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blister packing machines.
• Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and batch documentation.
• Ability to perform leak tests and quality checks.
• Competent in basic maintenance coordination.
• Attention to detail in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

• Identify and resolve machine faults, jams, and technical issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs.
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and machine cleaning records as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
• Ensure proper loading of foils, PVC, and aluminum while minimizing wastage.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP regulatory requirements for packaging operations.
