Job summary

KeyBiz Dashboards Pvt Ltd is seeking a packaging operator to oversee blister packing and secondary packaging activities in Hyderabad. You will follow production schedules, perform line clearances, monitor material usage, and maintain accurate batch records.

The role requires ensuring GMP and safety guidelines are followed, coordinating with QA/QC, and performing basic troubleshooting with maintenance teams to keep lines running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise blister packing machines for tablet/capsule packaging.
• Ensure smooth execution of secondary packaging activities as per production schedules.
• Perform line clearance before and after batch operations.
• Monitor packing material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain batch manufacturing and packaging records accurately.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production departments for smooth operations.
• Handle minor troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.
• Conduct in-process checks and ensure packaging quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the packing area and equipment.
