What You’ll Do

• Invoice Management: Check invoices and credit memos for accuracy.
• Submit electronic invoices and track progress from billing to collection.
• Customer Interaction: Monitor emails for customer and account change requests.
• Communicate updates with both the team and customers.
• Account Maintenance: Perform account authorizations and review new customer accounts.

Who You Are
