Job summary

ORBCOMM is seeking a Customer Delivery Analyst to turn complex operational data into insights that drive performance and customer experience. You will design KPIs, automate reporting, and integrate data into ORBCOMM's Data Lake, partnering with cross-functional teams.

Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, you will work with ERP/SAP, Salesforce, and PLM data to build dashboards, monitor forecast accuracy, and support data-driven decisions across Customer Delivery, Planning, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in data/operations analysis.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/JDE), CRM (Salesforce) and PLM systems.
• Advanced Excel with data modeling and automation.
• Dashboards and workflows with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• SQL, Power Query and DAX for queries, models and measures.
• Strong business acumen and data accuracy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create dashboards and visualizations from ERP, CRM and PLM data for leadership and operations.
• Develop and monitor KPIs covering delivery performance, forecast accuracy and execution.

As a member of the Customer Delivery team, you'll support key functions across Customer Experience, Technical Operations, Order Management, Planning, Strategic Sourcing, and more. You'll help design and implement KPIs, automate reporting, and integrate operational data into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake.

Your work will help turn business data into action, improve visibility across Customer Delivery, and shape processes that support scalable growth.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India hub and operates within ORBCOMM's hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

Data Analytics & Reporting

• Utilize enterprise data sources, including ERP, CRM, PLM, and operational systems, to create dashboards and visualizations for leadership and operational teams.
• Develop, monitor, and refine KPIs supporting Customer Delivery performance, forecast accuracy, and operational execution.
• Build and automate reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and other analytics tools.
• Support the integration of operational data and reporting into ORBCOMM's organizational Data Lake.

Operational Insights & Support

• Analyze order fulfillment, supply chain performance, and customer delivery metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Investigate data anomalies, validate system data, and support root-cause analysis.
• Translate data into actionable insights for Customer Delivery, Planning, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide analytical support for operational planning and decision-making.

Systems & Data Management

• Work with ERP systems such as SAP and JDE, Salesforce, and PLM platforms to extract, validate, and maintain critical datasets.
• Support the accuracy of key master data related to customers, products, and delivery commitments.
• Partner with IT, Operations, and Product teams to improve data flows, system configurations, and reporting structures.

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Partner across Customer Delivery, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT to improve reporting, workflows, and operational processes.
• Support or lead initiatives focused on improving data accuracy, forecasting consistency, and delivery visibility.
• Provide business support for new tool implementations, data migrations, and reporting enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Who You Are

You're an analytical problem solver who combines strong technical capabilities with business acumen. If you have:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a related role.
• Experience working with enterprise systems including ERP platforms such as SAP or JDE, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and PLM systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, transformation, and automation.
• Experience building dashboards and analytical workflows using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience developing queries, models, and measures using SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities with exceptional attention to data accuracy.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
