Job summary

Swan Corp is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Billing Engineer to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects in Mumbai. You will handle quantity take-offs, prepare RA bills, certify contractor invoices, manage BOQ and rate analysis, and maintain accurate quantity records.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Diploma/B.E./B.Tech) and hands-on exposure to high-rise projects, Excel and AutoCAD proficiency, and collaboration with project, procurement

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering required.
• Experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, BOQ and rate analysis.
• Good knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.
• Candidates with relevant real estate/construction experience preferred.
