Job summary

Essvee Services in Gurugram, Sector 67, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to manage BOQ, cost estimation, and project billing for commercial interior fit-out projects.

You will prepare BOQs from drawings, verify client, contractor and subcontractor bills, monitor costs, and coordinate with site, project management and procurement teams to ensure timely billing and accurate cost records.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOQ preparation, billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Ability to read architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

About the Role

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor / BOQ / Billing Engineer with experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, project billing, cost monitoring, and coordination with project and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities
