Job summary

Templetree Developers is seeking a Quantity Estimator to prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, and billing for high-rise construction projects. The role involves checking site measurements, preparing RA Bills, and validating quantities against BOQ.

Strong Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software skills are preferred, with experience in building construction projects advantageous. You'll coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers, maintain billing records, and generate monthly

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD and billing software.
• Experience in building construction projects will be an advantage.

• Prepare BOQ and quantity estimation for High-Rise building works.
• Prepare client and subcontractor bills.
• Check site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
• Prepare RA Bills and verify quantities as per BOQ.
• Prepare quantity take-off for civil works.
• Check concrete, steel, brickwork, plastering and finishing quantities.
• Prepare rate analysis for new/extra items.
• Maintain quantity and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Contractors and Project Managers.
• Maintain billing records and prepare monthly reports.
