• Ability to understand BOQs (Bill of Quantities) of construction finishing works.
• Capable of conducting rate analysis in construction finishing works (part of Tendering)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Scheduling:

• Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, considering all relevant factors such as resources, time constraints, and budgetary limitations.
