Job summary

Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Billing, Cost Analysis and Quantity Estimation professional for civil infrastructure projects in India. The role focuses on cost comparison, reconciling quantities, and documentation to support project approvals.

You will prepare BOQs, manage vendor inquiries, and ensure accurate billing and timely certifications while maintaining compliance with project workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, quantity estimation and cost analysis in construction.
• Proficiency in preparing BOQs and cost estimation.
• Experience with billing systems and project documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost comparison statements to analyze planned vs actual expenditures.
• Reconcile major quantities and materials for accuracy and efficiency.
• Document scope changes and secure approvals from relevant stakeholders.
• Manage amendments to project scope as required.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Float inquiries to vendors and suppliers, negotiate, and finalize vendors and their scope of work.
• Estimate quantities and conduct rate analysis for non-BOQ items.
• Prepare and certify client and subcontractor bills accurately and on time.
• Ensure billing compliance both manually and using designated billing systems or software.
