Job summary

Karyan Group in Noida is seeking an experienced Billing Manager to oversee billing and quantity surveying for residential, commercial and high-rise projects. You will ensure accurate, timely RA and subcontractor bills, cost control, measurements, and commercial coordination across projects.

The role requires leadership of the billing team, strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, MS Excel and ERP billing systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• Experience in real estate/construction billing and quantity surveying.
• Ability to lead a billing team and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing and quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Review and certify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, work orders, and final bills.
• Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQs, drawings and specs.
• Prepare and review BOQ, rate analysis, take-offs and cost estimates.
• Monitor costs against budgets and BOQ approvals.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Finance and Site teams.
• Check variations and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Lead and mentor the billing/quantity surveying team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Billing Manager to oversee project billing and quantity surveying activities for residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, cost control, measurement verification, contractor billing, and commercial coordination across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete billing and quantity surveying function for construction projects.
• Review and certify RA Bills, subcontractor bills, work orders, and final bills.
• Verify site measurements, quantities, BOQs, drawings, and specifications before processing bills.
• Prepare and review BOQ, rate analysis, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Monitor project quantities and costs against approved budgets and BOQs.
• Coordinate with Project, Planning, Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Site teams for billing and commercial matters.
• Check variations, deviations, extra items, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Conduct material reconciliation and monitor wastage against approved norms.
• Handle contractor/subcontractor measurements, billing disputes, and commercial negotiations.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of client and contractor bills.
• Maintain billing records, MIS, cost reports, and project-wise commercial documentation.
• Review work orders, agreements, rate contracts, and payment terms.
• Identify cost overruns and commercial risks and provide timely reports to management.
• Lead and mentor the billing/quantity surveying team and ensure adherence to company processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of RCC, civil, finishing, MEP and high-rise construction billing.
• Excellent understanding of BOQ, BBS, rate analysis, quantity surveying, measurements and reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with RA Bills, subcontractor billing, final accounts and variation statements.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/ERP software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage billing activities for multiple projects.

Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong exposure to Residential + Commercial + High-Rise projects.
• Experience in handling a team and managing project-level billing independently.
