Job summary

DGS Groups Builders & Developers is seeking an experienced Billing Manager/Head for its Civil/Projects division in Goregaon, Mumbai.

The role requires 8–9 years of experience in real estate/construction, expertise in billing, BOQ, quantity surveying, and rate analysis, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. The candidate will oversee billing processes and coordinate with site engineers and accounts teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8–9 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
• Strong experience in billing, BOQ, quantity surveying and rate analysis.
• Experience in high-rise residential / developer projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, contractor bills & subcontractor bills
• Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and measurements
• Verify executed quantities at site as per drawings and BOQ
• Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB)
• Check contractor bills, work orders and billing quantities
• Conduct material reconciliation and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, QS, Project & Accounts teams
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation
• Ensure timely certification and processing of project bills
• Monitor variations, extra items and deviations from approved BOQ
