Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining accurate bills for healthcare or organizational services. The includes verifying service and customer details, applying approved charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, coordinating with departments, resolving billing discrepancies, supporting insurance or TPA requirements where applicable, and maintaining complete billing records in accordance with financial procedures.

• Process authorized payment modes and issue receipts.

• Assist with insurance and TPA billing documentation where applicable.
• Verify supporting documents and approvals.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for reconciliation.
• Process approved adjustments, corrections, and refunds.
• Follow up on pending billing information.
• Maintain accurate billing records in the designated system.
