Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.

• Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients for approvals.
• Monitor project costs and support cost control.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and project documentation.
• Track material consumption and prepare material reconciliation reports.
• Assist in preparing project estimates, budgets, and variation claims.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, project milestones, and billing schedules.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Additional certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in railway infrastructure projects.
• Experience in railway civil works such as earthwork, bridges, station buildings, track works, culverts, and drainage works is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project billing procedures and quantity estimation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
