Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and submit client bills and RA bills accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements, and billing statements based on project progress.
• Verify site measurements and supporting documents for billing purposes.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and planned targets.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with site teams, project managers, consultants, and clients for billing and planning activities.
• Track project quantities, work completion, and variations against the approved BOQ.
• Assist in preparation and submission of variation statements, extra-item claims, and deviation statements.
• Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards for management review.
• Identify delays, deviations, and potential project risks and report them to the concerned stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing & Planning Engineer with relevant experience in Railway Infrastructure Projects to support our Head Office operations. The candidate will be responsible for project billing, planning, quantity verification, progress monitoring, and coordination with project teams and clients.
