Job summary

Shivam Condev Pvt. Ltd invites a Civil Engineering billing specialist to join our site team in Odisha. You will prepare and verify RA, final and subcontractor bills, and ensure compliance with contract terms on railway projects.

You will manage BOQ reconciliations, measure quantities, verify vendor measurements, and support on-site teams to align progress with billing. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in railway bridge and structural billing works.
• Preference for candidates with experience from Indian Railways / RVNL / DFCCIL / Metro / Railway EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills, Contractor Bills, Final Bills and subcontractor bills.
• Verify royalty challans, transit permits and statutory compliance for construction materials.
• Measure quantities and verify against approved drawings and site execution.
• Prepare BOQ and material reconciliation statements.
• Monitor structural works for bridges, ROBs/RUBs, retaining walls, culverts and other railway structures.
• Coordinate with site teams on progress and billing status.
• Prepare and submit client billing documents as per contract conditions.
• Check and certify vendor/subcontractor measurements.
• Prepare variation statements, extra item claims and escalation data.
• Ensure compliance with railway specs, IRC codes, IS standards and contract requirements.

• Handling royalty calculations and maintaining records of minerals/material consumption.
• Coordination with site execution teams for work progress and billing status.
• Preparation and submission of client billing documents as per contract conditions.
• Checking and certification of vendor/subcontractor measurements.
• Preparation of variation statements, extra item claims, and escalation data.
• Ensuring compliance with railway specifications, IRC codes, IS standards, and contract requirements.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering in Civil.
2. Preferred from Indian Railways / RVNL / DFCCIL / Metro / Railway EPC projects.
3. Experience in Railway bridge and structural billing works.
