Job summary

Hitech seeks a Jr. Engineer-Billing & Planning to handle project planning, monitoring, and claims aligned with site progress. The role involves tender BOQ verification, budget and cash flow preparation, AutoCAD-based site planning, and ERP data management to support ISO-compliant project execution.

The candidate should have a BE/B.E. with 6-9 years of experience, with exposure to rate analysis, vendor registration, and MOM preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in an engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks.
• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in project planning and billing.
• Experience with tender BOQ verification and budget preparation.
• Familiarity with ERP data management and ISO audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Study tender documents and verify the BOQ as per purchase order.
• Prepare project bar charts and site infra plans in AutoCAD.
• Maintain drawing registers and document controls for ISO standards.
• Calculate resources and indent required materials.
• Prepare budgets, cash flows, and asset requirements.
• Prepare cost analyses, rate comparisons, and VO/PO amendments.
• Enter DPR data into ERP daily and manage MOM records.
• Attend ISO audits and ensure compliance.

Designation: Jr. Engineer-Billing & Planning

Position description: Project planning, monitoring and get the claim as per site progress

Primary Responsibilities:

• 1) Study tender documents and verify the BOQ as per purchase order 2) Preparing the project bar chart 3) Site infra plan in auto cad 4) Maintain the Drawing register 5) Identify and calculate the resources 6) List out the required materials and indent 7) Preparing the budget with the help of PM 8) Preparing cash flow 9) Calculate the asset requirements 10) Preparing BBS and get certified from client 11) Maintaining the ERP data related to planning and budget 12) Vendor registration and preparing work order 13) Maintain the hold and hindrance register 14) Preparing Daily progress report 15) Enter the DLR
• DPR data in ERP on daily basis 16) Preparing the bought-out item list 17) Preparing PRM data on monthly basis 18) Preparing labor and material reconciliation 19) Preparing client bill on monthly basis 20) Preparing labour bill on monthly basis 21) Preparing ABC (Activity Based Costing) 22) Preparing the Internal and Client MOM 23) Identify extra items and submit Rate Analysis 24) Preparing cost comparison data 25) Documents records and controlling as per ISO requirements 26) Preparing the data for PO amendment 27) Preparing the project close out data 28) Recording the free issue materials 29) Attend the ISO audit
