Job summary

Mayfair Housing is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction billing to join the finance team in Mumbai. The role focuses on accurate BOQ preparation, billing, and RA bills, with close coordination with project teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with FarVision, and will ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining meticulous billing records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in construction billing, BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, RA bills, and MS Excel.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
