Job summary

Pinnacle Coaching & Consultants is seeking a billing professional to prepare and submit running account bills as per contract terms and approved BOQ. You will verify quantities, measurements, and supporting documents before submission and coordinate with site teams for accurate progress data.

You will also prepare BOQ, reconciliation statements, measurement sheets, and final bills, while engaging with clients for verification, certification, and payment.

• Coordinate with site teams for accurate measurement and work-progress data.
• Prepare BOQ, Quantity Reconciliation Statements, Measurement Sheets, and Work Completion Statements.
• Coordinate with the client for bill verification, certification, approval, and payment follow-up.
• Track submitted, certified, approved, and outstanding bills and maintain billing MIS.
• Prepare final bills and support project closure and commercial reconciliation.
• Identify and prepare extra items, variation claims, deviation statements, and additional work bills.

Identify and prepare extra items, variation claims, deviation statements, and additional work bills.
Review contract conditions, BOQ, rates, specifications, and applicable billing procedures.
Maintain proper records of invoices, measurements, client certifications, deductions, recoveries, and payments.
Coordinate with commercial, finance, site, and client teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Support preparation of EOT, delay claims, and other contractual/commercial documentation where required.
