Job summary

Fiberfill Interiors & Constructions (India) Pvt. Ltd is seeking a site billing and measurement professional based at Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on accurate bill generation and on-site verification of quantities against progress.

You will handle running accounts, interim and final bills, manage subcontractors and vendors, perform rate analysis, and maintain MB, billing registers, and MIS reports to support project management.

Responsibilities

• Bill Preparation: Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final client bills based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and site progress.
• Site Measurement & Verification: Take and cross-check measurements with site engineers to confirm that billed quantities match actual work completed on-site.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Verify, process, and certify invoices and bills submitted by contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Rate Analysis & Cost Control: Conduct rate analysis for non-BOQ or extra items, estimate costs, and monitor expenditures to prevent budget overruns.
• Material Reconciliation: Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for building materials to track consumption against theoretical usage.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain measurement books (MB), billing registers, and generate MIS reports for management
