Job summary

Scc Infrastructure seeks an experienced billing professional to manage the complete billing cycle for building construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills; review BOQ, drawings, and contract conditions; check measurements, quantities and rate analysis; coordinate with site, planning, QS, contracts and project teams; maintain billing MIS and documentation; support EOT, claims and variations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete billing process for building construction projects.
• Prepare and verify RA Bills, Final Bills, Client Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
• Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, work orders, and contract conditions.
• Check measurements, quantities, rate analysis, and billing calculations.
• Coordinate with site, planning, QS, contracts, and project teams for accurate billing.
• Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and supporting documents for client billing.
• Handle quantity reconciliation for cement, steel, concrete, and other major materials.
• Monitor work executed versus BOQ quantities and identify variations.
• Prepare and evaluate Extra Items, Deviations, and Rate Analysis.
• Ensure timely submission and certification of client bills.
• Verify subcontractor bills and maintain proper billing records.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government authorities regarding billing issues.
• Maintain billing MIS, cost records, and project commercial documentation.
• Support EOT, claims, variations, and contractual documentation whenever required.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract terms, and government billing procedures.
