Job summary

Saffron Engineering And Company is seeking a Billing Engineer to manage industrial project billing, BOQ and cost estimates, and site measurement records. The role involves preparing bills, reconciling materials, and generating regular progress reports to support timely payments.

The candidate will maintain Measurement Books, coordinate with site teams, and ensure accurate RA bill preparation and final bill settlements for projects.”

Qualifications

• Experience with BOQ and cost estimates for industrial projects.
• Experience in billing for industrial projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity estimates, rate analysis and cost estimates.
• Prepare and check Contractor RA bills, final bills and work completion bills.
• Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
• Material reconciliation and inventory control.
• Prepare cashflow statements and bills progress reports (daily/weekly).
• Coordinate with site team to ensure accurate billing for industrial projects.
