Job summary

UK Realty in Mumbai is seeking a Billing Engineer to prepare and submit running and final bills in accordance with project progress and contractual terms (RA bills, interim bills, final bills, etc.).

You will track and record work progress on-site and off-site to ensure accurate invoicing, and coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors for measurement verification and certification.

• Prepare and submit running and final bills in accordance with project progress and contractual terms (RA bills, interim bills, final bills, etc.)
• Track and record work progress (on-site and off-site) to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate with site engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors for measurement verification and certification.
• Maintain and update records ofbillingdocuments, material reconciliation, cost analysis, and variations.
• Verify subcontractor/vendor bills against BOQ, work orders, and site execution.
• Review and resolve anybillingdiscrepancies or disputes with clients or vendors.
• Assist in preparing cost-to-complete forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Support audit and compliance processes with proper documentation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, tax (GST), and contractual obligations inbillingprocesses.
