Job summary

Sapscon Engineering Constructions is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quantity extraction from site data and drawings, prepare BoQ and tender-based bills, and handle subcontractor billing. The role requires accurate measurement, bill certification, and reconciliation expertise.

You will verify measurements with site engineers, review quantities, and ensure payment compliance with company protocols, using MS Excel and MS Word to document all processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data and drawings.
• Prepare bill of quantities and bills with item rates from tender.
• Prepare and process subcontractor bills.
• Take measurements from the site engineer.
• Review the listed quantities.
• Check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors.
• Check measurements.
• Bill certification.
• Prepare reconciliation statements.
