Job summary

The candidate will prepare schedules, verify various client and subcontractor bills, monitor delays, and ensure timely documentation and reporting for ongoing bridge EPC projects.

• Coordinate with site teams for quantity updates, measurements, and billing documentation.
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, quantity calculations, and cost estimates.
• Track project costs, material consumption, and budget variations.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and billing statements.
• Coordinate with the design, execution, contracts, and accounts teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of bills and reports.
