Job summary

SCC Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a project scheduler and billing coordinator to manage schedules using MS Project/Primavera P6, track progress, and prepare MIS, dashboards and cost statements.

You will verify measurements, BOQ quantities, cost reports and coordinate with site, QS, engineering and accounts teams to ensure timely billing and accurate documentation.

Attention to detail and contractual submissions like EOT and change orders will be important.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project / Primavera P6.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly project progress against planned targets.
• Prepare MIS, progress reports, S-curves and dashboards.
• Prepare RA Bills, client bills, subcontractor bills and quantity statements.
• Verify measurements, BOQ quantities, work executed and billing documents.
• Coordinate with Site, QS, Engineering and Accounts teams for timely billing.
• Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, quantity reconciliation and cost reports.
• Monitor project costs, variations, deviations and additional works.
• Prepare and maintain client/subcontractor correspondence and supporting documents.
• Assist in EOT, variation claims and other contractual submissions.
• Coordinate with the client/consultant for measurement approval and bill certification.
• Ensure proper documentation of project records and billing backup.
