Job summary

LR Energy is seeking a Lead Planning/Billing Engineer for project sites in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The role coordinates planning, progress monitoring, quantity verification, and billing for CBG projects on a full-time basis.

The candidate will lead scheduling activities, review contractor plans, consolidate progress data, and support management reporting. Mandatory skills include MS Projects/Primavera; experience at CBG/biogas or EPC projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum experience: more than 5 years; 7 years for diploma holders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and monitor project schedules and progress.
• Track quantities, milestones, critical activities, work fronts and project constraints.
• Review contractor baselines, look-ahead plans, recovery plans and resource deployment.
• Collect and consolidate progress data for DPR, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Review contractor measurements, quantities and RA billing documents with site engineers.
• Maintain S-curves, dashboards, milestone trackers and management reporting formats.
• Maintain hindrance, delay, action and recovery trackers and support delay analysis.
• Monitor contractor manpower, machinery and material deployment against planned requirements.
• Identify slippages and support preparation of corrective and recovery measures.
• Prepare inputs for MOMs, progress reviews and management presentations.
• Coordinate with RCM and discipline engineers for timely submission and closure.
• Maintain project planning and billing records for audit and close-out.
