Job summary

LR Energy invites applications for a Lead Planning/Billing Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and billing coordination at CBG project sites. You will lead data collection from site engineers, track milestones, review contractor plans, and ensure timely reporting for DPR, weekly, and monthly reviews.

The role requires B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with >5 years experience (7 years for diploma holders).

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
• >5 years experience, or 7 years for diploma holders.
• MS Projects/Primavera P6 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update and monitor project schedules and planned versus actual progress.
• Track activity-wise quantities, milestones, critical activities, work fronts and project constraints.
• Review contractor baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, recovery plans and resource deployment.
• Collect, verify and consolidate progress data from site discipline engineers for DPR, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Review contractor measurements, quantities and RA billing documents in coordination with site engineers.
• Maintain S-curves, progress dashboards, milestone trackers and management reporting formats.
• Maintain hindrance, delay, action and recovery trackers and support delay analysis.
• Monitor contractor manpower, machinery and material deployment against planned requirements.
• Identify slippages and support preparation/follow-up of corrective and recovery measures.
• Prepare inputs for MOMs, progress review meetings and management presentations.
• Coordinate with RCM, discipline engineers and contractor planning/billing teams for timely submission and closure.
• Maintain project planning and billing records for audit, review and project close-out.
