Job summary

4sight is seeking an experienced Bid/Proposal Manager in India to lead complex RFPs, RFIs, and proposals. The role requires coordinating multiple contributors, building detailed bid plans with milestones, and ensuring on-time, compliant submissions for US enterprise clients.

Ideal candidates will have 9+ years in IT services, 5+ years in bid management, and an APMP certification, with excellent written English and experience handling concurrent bids for ERP, managed services, or staffing bids.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in IT services, with at least 5 in bid or proposal management.
• Experience managing several concurrent bids and many contributors you do not manage directly.
• The tenacity to keep a bid moving, and the confidence to tell senior people hard truths.
• Excellent written English for US enterprise clients.
• ERP, managed services or staffing bids for US clients.

Role & responsibilities:

• Bid management: run multiple RFPs, RFIs and proposals at once, from qualification through submission and orals.
• Project management: build a plan for every bid, with owners, milestones and deadlines, and run it.
• Accountability: hold every contributor to their commitments. Escalate early and clearly when people do not show up or deliver.
• Capability and capacity reporting: report weekly on which bids are on track, who is committed, who is unavailable, and what it means for each bids chances.
• Bid or no-bid: support go or no-go decisions with an honest assessment of fit and capacity.
• Quality: make sure every submission is compliant, consistent and on message, working with the go-to-market content creator.
• Knowledge base: build and maintain reusable content: credentials, case studies, CVs and standard answers.

Preferred candidate profile:
