Job summary

Spectrum Talent Management is seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team in India. The role focuses on drafting and coordinating responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs for US staffing engagements.

You will collaborate with delivery, sales, and legal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience in proposal-related roles, strong business writing, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP writing, bid management or proposal management.
• Experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing / Recruitment / RPO / Staffing Services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of RFP, RFI, RFQ and proposal management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business writing, editing and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate proposals and client responses within deadlines.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and legal teams to meet RFP requirements.
• Research, summarize and structure content for proposals and SOWs.
• Edit and proofread materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain proposal templates and track milestones for tenders.
• Coordinate reviews with stakeholders and obtain approvals.

Role & responsibilities

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Proposal Writing, RFP Writing, Bid Management or Proposal Management.
• Experience in US Staffing / US IT Staffing / Recruitment / RPO / Staffing Services is preferred.
• Strong understanding of RFP, RFI, RFQ and proposal management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and project management abilities.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

US Staffing | IT Staffing | MSP | VMS | RPO | Staffing Proposals | Recruitment Proposals | SOW | SLA | Client Bids

Experience with proposal management tools such as Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
