Job summary

LOOM Solar Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad seeks a Bengali Language Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage Bengali-speaking customers. Fluent Bengali and strong follow-up skills are required. Experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or business development is preferred.

You will coordinate with the sales team, update records in CRM/Excel, prepare quotations, and help drive sales conversions while building positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.
• Good communication in Hindi and English.
• 1–3 years in Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support or Sales Coordination.
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic Excel/CRM knowledge.
• Experience with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Bengali-speaking customers by phone, WhatsApp, email and more.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Follow up with leads to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with sales team for customer requirements and appointments.
• Maintain records of leads and follow-up activities in CRM/Excel.
• Prepare quotations and basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with Bengali-speaking customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Bengali Language Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage communication with Bengali-speaking customers. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Bengali and have good communication and follow-up skills. Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, customer support, inside sales, or business development are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Bengali-speaking customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Update customer information in CRM/Excel and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare quotations, basic sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Bengali-speaking customers.
• Achieve assigned sales/support targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent Bengali communication is mandatory.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked in Bengali-language sales, telesales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales will be preferred.
