Job summary

Growth For Impact in Faridabad is seeking a proactive sales support to communicate with Bengali-speaking customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels. You will handle inquiries, follow up on leads, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.

You should have 1–3 years in sales or customer support, strong follow-up and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working from the office in Faridabad.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or sales coordination.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working from office in Faridabad.
• Preferred: prior experience in Bengali-language sales, telesales, tele calling, customer support, or inside sales.
