Job summary

Celersoft in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team onsite. The role focuses on placing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) with implementation partners and direct clients.

You will build relationships with vendors and partners, negotiate rates, and coordinate end-to-end placement while leveraging Dice, LinkedIn, Monster and other US staffing portals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales.
• Knowledge of H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US citizen hiring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with vendors and implementation partners.
