Job summary

Katalyst CRO in India is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing to joining.

You will source candidates using databases, job portals and social media, headhunt Pharma/IT profiles on LinkedIn, screen resumes, arrange interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the selection process.

This role requires good communication, willingness to work night shifts, and a strong knowledge of job portals and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree required.
• 1–3 years experience in staffing/recruitment.
• Night shift willingness is required.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Expert in recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, posting jobs and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of pharma/clinical/biotech staffing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment through sourcing to joining.
• Develop and update job descriptions and post roles on portals.

Requirements

• Any bachelor's or master's Degree.
• Required 1 to 3 Year's experience in Staffing industry. Willing to work in Nightshifts
• Must have good communication skills and a good attitude.
• Expert into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
• Knowledge of Clinical, Pharma, biotechnology staffing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
