Job summary

ESP Engineered in India seeks a Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to drive bench sales, search and qualify candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate rates, and close placements for client engagements.

You will source requirements from portals and networks, share roles with consultants, discuss rates with management, market bench consultants, and build vendor relationships with Tier One partners.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, interviewing scheduling, rate negotiations and closing.
• Handle bench consultant sales to Vendors and Clients for requirements.
• Search requirements from portals, groups and contacts; share roles with consultants and submit resumes.
• Negotiate rates with management and market bench consultants and build vendor relations with Tier One vendors.

Job description

• As a Lead Bench Sales Recruiter you will be involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
• Involved in sales i.e., bench consultants to the Vendors and Clients for the requirements.
• Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups and with contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants by his/her comfort ability used to submit the resume to the recruiter.
• Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
• Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants.
• Interacting with Tier one Vendors and making new vendors to the company
