Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective parents and students through outbound calls.
• Conduct video counselling/demo sessions to explain Bhanzu's programs.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide prospects through the enrollment process.
• Follow up with leads and referrals to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales updates.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must not be pursuing any degree/course currently
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with outbound calling and video counselling sessions
• Must have a personal laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills
