Job summary

Vachi HR India Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking a field sales professional to identify opportunities, call on developers, architects, and the interior design community, and develop recurring business for architectural accessories.

The role requires hands-on lead generation, managing a pipeline, coordinating with internal teams for quotes, and working across Bangalore and Vijayawada; local language proficiency is mandatory and prior interior sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling and developing accounts.
• Ability to present to developers, Architects, and ID community.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and prepare quotes.
• Interior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies potential business opportunities through cold calling.
• Initiates calls, visits, and presentations to Developers, Architects, and ID Community for identified products.
• Maintains a database of specifiers and develops accounts for recurring business.
• Generates leads from specifier accounts and builds a strong project opportunity pipeline; manages stages from identification to order and payments.
• Coordinates with multiple stakeholders/teams to develop project specifications.
• Analyzes drawings and coordinates with internal team to create quotes and proposals.
• Location Bangalore and Vijayawada; local language mandatory; interior sales experience also required.

Key Accountabilities:-

• Identifies potential business opportunities through cold calling.
• Initiates calls, visits, and presentations to the Developer, Architects, and ID Community for the identified products.
• Maintains a database of the specifiers and develops accounts to get recurring business
• Generates leads from the specifier accounts and creates a strong pipeline of project opportunities & frequently updates the same. Manages the project stages from identification/specification and ending with receipt of order & collection of payments.
• Work with multiple stakeholders/teams to develop project specifications.
• Analyses architectural drawings & coordinates with the internal team to create quotes & proposals.
