Key duties include production planning with sites/CMOs, tender and business coordination, inventory control, export documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with QA, Regulatory, Finance and Sales.

Qualifications

• MBA preferred with focus on international business or supply chain.
• 3–6 years in international business/pharma supply chain/operations.
• Experience handling Emerging markets (Africa, Latam, ASIA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production planning with sites/CMOs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle tenders and opportunity-based business coordination.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor demand planning.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping, export documentation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with QA/QC, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Export and Legal teams.
• Assist pricing, tenders, and market entry strategies.
• Track receivables and support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and clearance.

To ensure seamless coordination with country team, production, QA, RA, supply chain, logistics, and commercial activities for Emerging markets by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Coordination
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites/CMOs for production planning and timelines
• Track production schedules and ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Follow up with P&D team for artwork development and approvals
• Tender & Business Coordination
• Handle tenders and opportunity-based business coordination
• Support internal teams in submission and execution of tenders
• Inventory & Supply Chain Management
• Maintain optimum inventory levels and avoid stock-outs/overstocking
• Monitor demand planning with sales and demand planning teams
• Oversee order processing and product availability
• Documentation, Compliance & Legal
• Ensure accuracy of shipping, and export documentation
• Coordinate for agreements conclusion and approvals with internal stakeholders
• Liaise with legal team for contract review and execution
• Logistics & Distribution
• Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment and clearance
• Ensure compliance with GDP and market-specific requirements
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Work closely with QA/QC, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, Export, and Legal teams
• Support for internal review meetings
• Support product launches and marketing initiatives
• Assist in pricing, tenders, and market entry strategies
• Track receivables and follow up on payments
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L activities

Qualifications

• Academic Qualification Experience
• MBA (International Business / Supply Chain) –Preferred
• 3–6 years in International Business / PharmaSupply Chain / Pharma Operations
• Experience in handling Emerging markets(Africa, Latam & ASIA)
